Royal M Moving makes every effort to ensure your household goods arrive in the same condition in which we received them. Occasionally, something happens during the move and some damage occurs. You can file a claim either by filling our online claim form or by printing and mailing our Claim form in paper.

Instructions to customer:
 - Details of claim must be complete.
 - All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
 - If damage claim, do not proceed with repairs or replacement, as we reserve right to inspect all items
 - If loss claim, describe item in detail such as color, identifying features
